DStv Mobile – the new “watch wherever you are” broadcast television service that can be accessed by a number of DVB-H enabled cellphones and select Wi-Fi and USB enabled devices – is set to change the way viewers watch their favourite DStv Channels.
DStv Mobile can be accessed using the Drifta mobile decoder that is compatible with cellphones, laptops, smartphones and tablets.
Subscribers can stay current with sports, news and entertainment, wherever they go.

DStv Mobile Subscription Costs
Since the launch of the DStv Mobile broadcast service in Nigeria, the service has been offered at no subscription cost as part of the introductory phase. From mid August 2011 billing will commence in Nigeria on Glo, and a subscription fee will be applicable for the DStv Mobile package via a DVB-H enabled handset. The Free Tier is free of charge.
Airtel, Etisalat and MTN subscribers will have the Free package available from mid August, and billing should commence soon after.
